       පහත දක්වා ඇති වාර්තා සමග සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද පොදු 86 ආකෘතිය විශ්‍රාම වැටුප් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

• උප්පැන්න සහතිකයේ මුල් පිටපත
• කලත්‍රයාගේ උප්පැන්න සහතිකයේ මුල් පිටපත(විවාහක නම්)
• ළමුන්ගේ උප්පැන්න සහතිකයේ මුල් පිටපත් සහ විවාහ සහතිකයේ මුල් පිටපත

02. විශ්‍රාම වැටුප සදහා සුදුසුකම් ලබන්නේකෙසේද?

      ස්ථිර විශ්‍රාම වැටුපට හිමිකම් ඇති තනතුරක මාස 120ක අඛණ්ඩ සේවා කාලයක් තිබිය යුතුය.

03. වැන්දඹුඅනත්දරු විශ්‍රාම වැටුප ලබා ගන්නේ කෙසේද?

      විශ්‍රාමිකයාගේ වැන්දඹුව / වැන්දඹු පුරුෂයා ,වයස අවුරුදු 26ට අඩු සේවා වියුක්ත අවිවාහක ගැහැණු දරුවන්, වයස අවුරුදු 26ට අඩු සේවා වියුක්ත පිරිමි දරුවන් ට ලබා ගත හැක.

04. මරණපාරිතෝෂිකය සදහා සුදුසුකම් ලබන්නේ කෙසේද?

    මාස 60ක අඛණ්ඩ සේවා කාලයක් සම්පූර්ණ වූ ස්ථිර විශ්‍රාම වැටුපකට හිමිකම් ඇති නිළධාරියකුගේ අභාවයෙන් පසු මරණ පාරිතෝෂිකය ලබා ගැනීමට ඔහුගේ යැපෙන්නකුට සුදුසුකම් ඇත.

05. පරිවර්තිතපාරිතෝෂිකය යනු කුමක්ද?

      පරිවර්තිත පාරිතෝෂිකයක් අඩු නොකළ මාසික විශ්‍රාම වැටුප මෙන් 24 ගුණයකට සමාන වේ.

06. අඩු නොකළවිශ්‍රාම වැටුප යනු කුමක්ද?

      විශ්‍රාම පාරිතෝෂකය විශ්‍රාමිකයා විසින් ලබාගත් පසු එය වසර 10ක කාලයකින් සමාන වාරික වලින් අඩුකරනු ලබයි.අඩුනොකල විශ්‍රාම වැටුප වසර 10කින් පසු විශ්‍රාමිකයාට ගෙවනු ලබයි.

07. විශ්‍රාමවැටුප් ප්‍රදානපත්‍රය යනු කුමක්ද?

      නිළධාරියකු විශ්‍රාම ගන්නා අවස්ථාවේදී ලබා දෙන ලිපියකි.මෙය සෑම විශ්‍රාමිකයකුටම නිකුත් කරනු ලබයි

Guidelines for matters relating to pensions

01. How do you contribute to Widows 'and Orphans' Pensions scheme?

       Completed Form 86 with the following reports should be submitted to the Department of Pensions.

• Original birth certificate
• Original birth certificate of spouse (if married)
• Original Birth Certificate of Children and the Original Certificate of Marriage

02. How to qualify for pension?

      120 months of continuous service in a post entitled to a pension.

03. How to get the widows 'and orphans' pension?

      Widow of pensioner / widower, unemployed unmarried female children who are under 26 years old, unemployed male children who are less than 26 years of age.

04.How are eligible for death gratuity?

     After the death of officer who has a permanent pension for 60 months uninterrupted service, his dependent is eligible to receive the death gratuity.

05. What is commuted gratuitous?

       A commuted gratuity is equivalent to 24 times the unreduced monthly pension.

06.What is unreduced pension?

     The retirement pension will be deducted from the same premium by the pensioner for a period of 10 years. The pension will be paid to the pensioner after 10 years.

07. What is the letter pension grant?

      A letter on the date of retirement from an officer. This is issued to all pensioners
